I am writing this review from Australia as an extremely satisfied and genuinely impressed client of Devendra Katoch | Chairman | 30+ Years in Land & Infrastructure Development | Katoch Infracity India Pvt. Ltd. | ‘Land to Legacy’.

As an NRI, it is always challenging to find someone in India who not only understands your vision but also delivers with honesty, professionalism, and deep technical expertise. After extensive research, choosing Devendra Katoch ji turned out to be the best decision for my dream home project.

I approached him for designing a Vastu-compliant duplex house, and the result exceeded my expectations. The planning was perfectly aligned with Vastu principles, modern architecture, and practical living requirements.

The Vastu certification report provided was extremely detailed and professionally prepared, covering every aspect with clarity and logic. It gave me complete confidence in the design.

Despite being based in Australia, the entire communication process was smooth and transparent. I felt fully involved at every stage.

I highly recommend Devendra Katoch ji and Katoch Infracity to anyone looking for Vastu-based design, duplex house planning, or real estate consultation.

Truly exceptional work. Highly recommended!
